Vietnam Travel

Finally! After 3 years being away from Vietnam, I finally got to go home and visit my family and friends

OUR FIRST DESTINATION: Mỹ Tho city, Tiền Giang province

I took the one-day tour with TheSinhtourist. TheSinh is a tour company that specializes in offering tours for foreigners in Vietnam. All the tour-guides speak pretty fluent English, although it might be hard for you to hear if because of our thick accent but please be nice and ask them questions if you don't understand, because again, English is not our mother-tongue.

SECOND DESTINATION (also the first day of our 12-day trip from South to North of Vietnam)

Day 1: Quy Nhơn city, Bình Định province

Day 2: Đà Nẵng city, Bình Định province

Da Nang is a coastal city in central Vietnam known for its sandy beaches and history as a French colonial port. It's a popular base for visiting the inland Bà Nà hills to the west of the city. Here the hillside Hải Vân Pass has views of Da Nang Bay and the Marble Mountains. These 5 limestone outcrops are topped with pagodas and hide caves containing Buddhist shrines.

Day 3: Hội An city.

Day 4: Huế

Day 5: Quảng Bình

Day 6: Ninh Bình

Day 7: Sapa

Sapa, is a frontier township and capital of Sa Pa District in Lào Cai Province in north-west Vietnam. It is one of the main market towns in the area, where several ethnic minority groups such as HmongDao (Yao)GiáyPho Lu, and Tay live.

Day 8: Hạ Long Bay

Hạ Long Bay, in northeast Vietnam, is known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests. Junk boat tours and sea kayak expeditions take visitors past islands named for their shapes, including Stone Dog and Teapot islets. The region is popular for scuba diving, rock climbing and hiking, particularly in mountainous Cát Bà National Park.
